Here are a few things you might want to know -
To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days from delivery date. The product must be in the same condition that you received and undamaged in any way.
The product must also be in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 – 14 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund/ exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
- For any lost items, Cuddly Gurus will not provide refunds. We recommend you track every product purchased from our website.
- Refunds will not be provided if the customer entered wrong details such as name, address, contact information.
- Refunds will not be provided if the customs/ duties department can’t get in touch with the recipient, or if the recipient refuses to pay
- Refunds will not be provided if the customer fails to pick up the package from the carrier.
- The product is defective
- The wrong product was shipped
- We haven’t been able to fulfill your order due to low inventory
